Poking appears to be a martial art that is practised by MoE gnolls. It seems to be based on poking (hence the straightforward name) specific points on the body with a Poking Stick (which looks mostly like a walking stick).
It is most likely based on knowing specific points of anatomy (such as exposed nerves), allowing the Poker to completely disable the enemy with one move. Sometimes, as shown in its first demonstration, it can be used to heal specific injuries, likely sprains.
