The Hall of the Brush is where all the Basement's religions are all neatly placed. It is near to Barter Hall.
Cults
The Hall's factions are constantly splintering, reforming, changing but the more important factions are as follows:
- Candle Monks: believe that they are far too dependent on the Tree and thus "make their own light". They wear robes.
- Ears of the Brush
- Spelling Guild: people who literarily takes words seriously.
- Doomsayers: straightforwardly named.
- Ludwigites: a religion founded on Ludwid and the stories about him.
